Private Sessions:

In the comfort of your own home or at a venue in Manchester City Centre or Timperley.

Private classes are great if you can't make the group classes, if you have a baby or toddler to look after, or if you have a job where it's difficult to commit to a regular time each week.

It's also a perfect opportunity to have a class tailored for your own needs!

From complete beginners to advanced practitioners of general Yoga, Pregnancy Yoga or Post-Natal Recovery and Baby Yoga.

Classes are 1h / 1h15 or 1h30 to suit your diary!

Birth Preparation:

Sessions are 1 hour 30 minutes followed by time for a chat and questions around tea & biscuits.

Dads are shown the various breathing techniques from Pregnancy Yoga classes in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Many tips are given to apprehend labour in a serene way.

Location varies: couple’s home, venue in Timperley, or Manchester City Centre to suit you.
