Maryline

Maryline started yoga 8 years ago in London - she has studied a variety of forms and has spent a residential period at a Sivananda centre in Kerala. Her teaching style is subtle and focuses on spirituality and self awareness. She loves the physical challenges of Yoga balanced with the journey towards inner peace. Maryline is a registered Yoga Teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga and specialises in Pregnancy, Post Natal recovery and Baby Yoga.

 

Phil

Phil has been practising yoga for over fifteen years with some of the best teachers in the UK. He has been a fully qualified Yoga Teacher since 2006 and is registered with the British Wheel of Yoga. He teaches a flowing / dynamic style of yoga with aspects of pranayama and meditation for the more advanced students.

Phil's teaching blends humour and vitality to create a balancing and uplifting experience.
